Responsibilities:
- Manage sales process based on leads given to you

- Show customers exciting world of asphalt shingles, concrete tile, and metal roofing!

- Help find leaking areas and communicate solutions to customers

-Write estimates and present to customers

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Communicate specifics of jobs to the installation and repair crews
- Manage job from ordering materials to helping the crews stay safe and move jobs forward

-Checking on job progress

- Ensure customer satisfaction

-Ask for referrals

Experience:
- Experience in sales, preferably in roofing, or construction related field
- Excellent communication skills

-Drivers license

- Strong account management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Roofing knowledge is a plus

We offer competitive compensation, including:
- Base salary plus commission
- Paid time off

We primarily service Sarasota County.
